• Fill out all information highlighted in the quote request form.

• The Bitwarden team will carefully review your request but may contact you for any necessary clarifications.

• Depending on the scope and size of the opportunity, your request may be eligible for deal registration benefits. Approved deal registrations will receive additional incentives. See below for deal registration eligibility. 

• New Bitwarden customers are eligible for deal registration. 

• Renewals and expansion of existing customers are not eligible for deal registration, but a quote can still be requested. 

• There is a 20 Seat minimum purchase for deal registration pricing lower seat counts will still be quoted but may not be eligible for deal registration benefits. 

• Only deals where there is not an active deal registration in place by another partner or where Bitwarden is already directly in contact with the end customer are eligible.

• Reseller is expected to provide a timely introduction between Bitwarden and the end customer if requested. 

• Additional discount considerations based on partner tiers.

• Deal protection for 45 days, which can be extended by the Bitwarden team if the deal engagement is actively being worked. 

• Bitwarden may request additional information to extend an approval. 

• Please allow up to 2 business days for Bitwarden to respond.
