Updated subscriptions to reflect enhanced value
To reflect expanded security capabilities and ongoing innovation, subscriptions to Bitwarden Premium and Families plans have been updated. Premium for individuals is now available at $1.65 per month, billed annually at $19.80 a year. The Families plan is available at $3.99 per month, billed annually at $47.88 a year for up to six users. Bitwarden continues as the most competitively priced password manager on the market.
New features are available to all users in Premium and Families plans immediately. All current subscribers will receive a 15-day notice before their next renewal date, at which point subscriptions will reflect updated pricing. All existing Premium and a few early Families 2019 customers will receive a one-time 25% loyalty discount for their first year of renewal.

Bitwarden offers a basic free plan, Premium, and Families plans. The Families plan supports up to 6 users, each receiving Premium features. All plans can create a free 2-person organization for sharing with one other person.
Earlier versions of the Families plan required that Premium be purchased separately for each account. That is no longer the case and every member of a Families organization receives Premium features as part of the Families subscription. With this enhancement, you will automatically be upgraded to the current Families plan and any unnecessary Premium subscriptions will not be renewed. You will still continue to enjoy every Premium feature without interruption.
