Mary Writz, CPO

Mary Writz is the chief product officer at Bitwarden, where she leads product strategy and portfolio development across product management, product design, product marketing, and new offerings. She brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and product leadership experience, with previous roles at Zscaler, Red Canary, ForgeRock (now part of Ping Identity), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and IBM. Her work has spanned identity and access management, threat detection, machine learning, security intelligence, and penetration testing. Mary holds two patents and a Master of Engineering degree in telecommunications.
