Bitwarden security readiness kit
A password manager is great for remembering all your logins, but you still need to keep track of the details for logging in to that password manager! Some items to keep tabs on include the account email address, master password, two-step login (2FA) details, recovery codes, and more.
Use the Bitwarden security readiness kit to record these details. It was put together with help and input from users in the Bitwarden community to help keep necessary login details in one location in case of an emergency. Make a copy or download the document in either fillable PDF format or ODT file, then complete it and store it in a safe place, such as in an encrypted file, on a USB flash drive kept in a safe, or even print it out and keep it at a trusted relative’s house or in a safe deposit box at a bank.

Be sure to update your Bitwarden security readiness kit whenever you make changes to your login details. This form may also change in the future to accommodate new community contributions and other updates.
