In the Fall 2026 G2 Password Manager Grid Report, Bitwarden earned a Satisfaction Score of 99/100, the highest in the password manager category.

The same pattern runs through the rest of the report. 98% of users rate Bitwarden 4 or 5 stars across 1,405 G2 reviews, with customers rating the product highly on product direction, ease of use, support, and overall experience.

Customers have confidence in where Bitwarden is headed

One of the report's strongest signals is customers' view of the product's future. 95% of reviewers say Bitwarden is headed in the right direction, compared with 83% for LastPass, 90% for 1Password and 92% for Keeper.

When choosing a security platform that organizations expect to rely on for years, that confidence matters. Customers rate Bitwarden highly today and trust where the product is going next.

For enterprise organizations, the results go even further. Bitwarden ranks #1 in the Fall 2026 G2 Enterprise Relationship Index, Enterprise Results Index, and Enterprise Implementation Index.

Bitwarden ranks #1 for enterprise relationships

Bitwarden earned an Enterprise Relationship Score of 9.54/10, ahead of 1Password at 9.03, Keeper at 8.63, and LastPass at 7.69.

Customers rate Bitwarden above the category average on every measure:

  • 95% Relationship Score, compared with an 82% category average

  • 93% likelihood to recommend, compared with a 90% category average

  • 96% ease of doing business with, compared with a 91% category average

  • 94% quality of support, compared with an 89% category average

At the enterprise level, choosing a password manager comes down to more than product functionality. Implementation, ongoing support, and the vendor relationship all shape the long-term success of a security program. Bitwarden customers rate that experience highly.

Enterprise results: Faster ROI and quicker go-live

Strong customer relationships translate into measurable outcomes. Bitwarden ranks #1 in the Enterprise Results Index.

The index evaluates outcomes, including go-live time and return on investment, where the numbers stand out:

  • 9.85 months estimated time to return on investment, more than two months faster than the 12.28 months category average

    • 1Password: 16 months

    • LastPass: 14 months

    • Keeper 12 months

  • 1.59 months to go live, compared with a 2.11-month category average

    • 1Password: 2 months

    • LastPass: 3 months

    • Keeper: 3 months

Together, the Enterprise Relationship, Results, and Implementation rankings show that enterprise customers value both the Bitwarden partnership and the outcomes they see after deployment.
