With fill assist, the Bitwarden extension consults a set of rules when websites handle logins unusually. This allows for autofill to work successfully on pages that are reported and added to the Bitwarden-curated database. Now, Enterprise plan admins can use the policy Activate fill assist to turn this setting on for their users and also create their own database for their extensions to leverage.
Already available for all users as an opt-in setting, fill assist ensures seamless autofill for websites that users report to Bitwarden as needing special autofill rules.

Now, admins can use the enterprise policy, Activate fill assist, in the Admin Console to turn on fill assist by default for any user who hasn’t already set their own preference, as well as point users’ extensions to a custom database to reference.
By default, fill assist references a set of tailored autofill rules curated and maintained by Bitwarden. The Activate fill assist policy allows you to instead substitute your own set of rules, created to help map autofill properly for any internal websites or other pages that haven’t been submitted to Bitwarden for the official ruleset.
The best way to get started is to fork the Bitwarden repository on GitHub and modify the files to fit your organization’s needs. Once you’re satisfied, simply add the directory URL to the field in the policy settings window and your users’ extensions will begin referencing it within the extension’s six-hour refresh window.

Keep in mind that a custom rules URL fully replaces Bitwarden rules for your users. If you fork the database to cover an internal site, keep the existing entries intact rather than trimming the file down, and pull upstream updates regularly so your users don't lose coverage as Bitwarden adds and fixes rules.
