• Fill out all information highlighted in the quote request form.

• The Bitwarden team will carefully review your request but may contact you for any necessary clarifications.

• Depending on the scope and size of the opportunity, your request may be eligible for deal registration benefits. Approved deal registrations will receive additional incentives. See below for deal registration eligibility. 

• There is a 20 seat minimum purchase for deal registration pricing. Lower seat counts may still be quoted, but will not be eligible for deal registration benefits. 

• New Bitwarden prospects and expansion opportunities are eligible for deal registration.

• Renewals of existing customers are not eligible for deal registration, but a quote can still be requested. 

• Deals are not eligible for registration if already registered by another partner.

• Deals are not eligible for registration if Bitwarden is already directly in contact with the end customer.

• The partner must provide timely customer introductions when requested and maintain communication throughout the deal cycle. Deal registration benefits require active engagement. Non-responsive partners will forfeit registration benefits.

• Additional discount considerations based on partner status.

• Deal protection is offered for 45 days, which can be extended by the Bitwarden team if the deal engagement is actively being worked. 

• Failure to provide adequate details may result in a delay or rejection of this request.

• Please allow up to 2 business days for Bitwarden to respond.
