In the web app, Bitwarden defaults to your browser's language, usually determined by your designated system language.
The browser extension, mobile app, and desktop app default directly to your system language.

For Vimeo videos, users can click the CC button in the embedded video controls to enable subtitles in their preferred language

First enable subtitles by clicking the CC button in the embedded video controls
