Once you set up your Bitwarden Enterprise organization, it’s time to onboard users. When introducing a new tool to employees, flexible invitation links can benefit admins and streamline the process. The new **invite link** allows you to create a durable link that acts as an evergreen invitation, ready for users anytime.

## Inviting users with a custom link

From the **Members** management screen in the Admin Console, simply select the **Invite member** button, then navigate to the **By link** tab. From there you choose which email domains (e.g. @yourcompany.com) can join your organization. Select **Copy link** to copy the generated link to your clipboard.

## A link invitation is simple and easy to instrument in your workflows

Creating a link to join an organization provides a flexible, custom approach to bring users onboard. Here are some examples:

**Batch invitations for specific groups to get started**
When you want to invite specific teams to onboard and test your organization, you can include the invite link in a communication just for that group. For example, in a cross-company call for initial rollout, members from different teams can self-serve access by visiting the link included in the internal announcement.

This also helps with phased onboarding. Organizations using SCIM can suppress the automatic invitation emails through their email provider and then choose who to invite and when by using the Invitation Link.

**New hire documentation to be secure right away**Include the link in new hires’ onboarding materials, and they can join at that specific step in their checklist. This is particularly helpful if the user might be provisioned in Bitwarden via a directory integration, and before their inbox is set up to receive the automatic email invitation.

**Creating a custom invitation email to reassure users**Users might be suspicious of emails that arrive in their inbox with the [EXTERNAL] label, often applied to official Bitwarden emails coming from the Bitwarden servers. Assuage user concerns with an internal email using company branding that explains password management and includes the invite link to drive adoption.

**Document the link in an internal knowledge base article for easy reference**For users that might miss the company announcements or need additional information, adding the invite link to an internal page helps users self-serve password management to secure their logins faster. Include the link in training materials and internal usage guides for greater effect.

## Robust security for the invitation link

You can rotate the invite link at any time from the same window where it was created by selecting **Refresh** to generate a new link. You can also invalidate it completely by removing all entries in the **Allowed domains** box.

In addition, admins [must confirm](https://bitwarden.com/en-gb/help/managing-users/#confirm/) users who self-invite. Additional functionality for confirmations is planned for future releases.
